Our school timings are as follows: 

This equates to 6.5 hours each day, and 32.5 hours in total for the week. 

All external doors/gates close promptly in accordance with these arrangements.

If your child/children arrive in school after their register closes, this will be an unauthorised absence and may incur a fixed penalty notice.

At Knebworth School, we expect all pupils to be in school and ready for learning on time as this promotes strong learning and progress.

At the end of the school day the gate is open to parents at 3pm.

Please be aware that for safeguarding reasons the main gate is closed at 3:30pm, as after school clubs take place on school premises.

If you are unable to collect your child from school we require written permission to release your child to another adult. In an emergency please ensure you contact the school office.
